I produce styled shoots from start to finish—building the concept with your ideas, inspiration, and direction. From there, I organize the timeline, source the location and creative team, and then bring it all to life with hair + makeup and wardrobe styling. You show up, feel confident, and we create content that looks elevated, intentional, and totally you.

Think of it as a creative partnership: you bring the vision, and I turn it into a fully organized shoot day.

  • Timeline + day-of coordination

  • Location scouting + logistics

  • Sourcing photographer, models, and creative team (or working with yours)

  • Wardrobe planning + outfit pulls + on-set styling

  • Hair + makeup + touch-ups (and look changes if needed)

  • Guidance on posing, flow, and keeping the day running smoothly

  • Snacks— because no one wants a hangry team.

Half-Day + Full-Day Rates

Because every shoot is a little different, I offer half-day and full-day options depending on the scope, number of looks, and locations.

Half Day (up to 4 hours on set): $1,100-1,400

Includes pre-production planning + shoot timeline, wardrobe planning, and hair + makeup.

Full Day (up to 8 hours on set): $1,800-2,400

Includes pre-production planning + full shoot coordination, wardrobe styling support, and hair + makeup with touch-ups/look changes as needed.

Additional hours are available if your shoot runs long — $200/hr

Extra Location: $150

Travel: Victoria included. Outside Victoria quoted. Parking/ferries may apply.
